FHG script looks very good.
One issue with my code though, how do i get this the same?
i normally had:
href="http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXX-0000&PA=<!--#echo var="QUERY_STRING" -->

And the they just entered their code and it came out as  as for example:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXXX-0000&PA=YYYYYY

Now i cant see how i can make this right or how to put the right code there.

If Affiliate ID in this URL is "YYYYYY", you have to add into template it like:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXXX-0000&PA=#%WMID%#
Then if you will type your ID in the FHG generator at:
http://your-paysite-domain.com/awizfhg/fhg.php
- you will get correct URL:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXXX-0000&PA=YYYYYY (if affiliate will type "YYYYYY" in the field of FHGs' generator)
